Harris County Tax Sales and Existing Liens

I recently purchased a tax resale property in Harris County.  My question is:  "When it became deeded to the county, did all existing liens (ex. mechanical, demolition, tax) get wiped clean or are the existing liens passed on to me as the new owner?"
