Any way to get the banks to move faster?

Hi Everyone,

Any strategies or insights on how to get the bank to move faster when buying REO? My current situation is the seller (bank) is waiting to get the deed in their name. They need to do a QC Deed into themselves in order for me to close. The foreclosure process has already been completed, just waiting to clear the deed it sounds like. Is there any way I or the title company can make this happen faster? How long could this take?
