Agent in OC, CA in need of asset management contacts!

Hey just like the title says. I've spoken to a few people about their contacts but it seems like some people just don't want to share their contact info and we're not even in the same area. I'm just looking to get the initial contact so I can call and put in work to get listings...can anyone be kind enough to share your knowledge?
