I had a question  about auctions? Every week they auction off homes at our courthouse. Has anyone ever bought a home from something like this? I know the tenants can remain in the home for 120 days after its sold. Also need to check on any tax liens on the property. You just have to act so fast not a lot of time to process every deal. Tell me how you guys are doing it. Thanks in advance
