Trustee Sale Property
Hi all-
I am trying to entice a homeowner who is in default to sell their property and their property is up for auction. The auction keeps getting postponed which probably means the bank did not get their price.
I think my only opportunity is to get in a deal with the homeowner. One idea is to cut them in on the profits of the sale.
Any other ideas?
