Buying a Note from Green Tree

Anyone here had any success buying a note from Green Tree? They are the named beneficiary on a Deed of Trust I want to purchase, but their customer service is basically designed to stonewall anyone trying to talk with someone who has authority.

Would love a direct number over there if anyone has one.
