I have a deal in the works that will likely end up being a short sale with Greentree Servicing. 

Looking for someone who has done several successful Greentree short sale packages to help put it together.

If you're in Tampa/St Pete, that's a bonus. But I do have a local agent I can use to submit...mainly looking for someone who can put together a perfect package.
