buying a Home Path home for a rental with as little as 10% down

I was listening to a podcast at the gym the other day and one of the guest speaker was buying Home Path homes for rental purposes with 10% down and I have never heard of this.

I contacted Home Path and mentioned what I had heard, and also that on their home page under Investor Financing they state ( For investors who have more than 4 existing financed properties and wish to purchase a Home Path property, financing flexibilities to allow a lower down payments and higher LTV ratio than typically permitted for such borrowers may be available. they say to contact your lender. I asked for a list of lenders that do this but they could not help.

Does anyone know of lenders that do this?

Thanks John R. Farrell
