I have never purchased a home yet...I am a licensed realtor and want to buy a foreclosure. It is listed at 180k and would need 60k in repairs. I am looking at a total investment of 260k with its comps being at 500k. How do I go about getting hard money or private money for this deal? I would list the home around 420k to be super competitive for a quicker sale. Help?
