Licensed Agent Representing and Buying Short Sale For Own LLC

I am a licensed agent writing an offer for a Short Sale to hold in my LLC. Typically I write offers lower and tell the sellers agent that I dont want commission and they can work with their seller and adjust their 6% to 3% accordingly...or whatever they choose but I dont want a commission. I just offer lower price

With short sales I understand that if approved the bank will pay commission no matter what. Should I just write the offer as my LLC as my client and take the commission or should I lower my offer as I usually do?

Thanks for your insights!
