HUD Property
I am currently purchasing a HUD property for the purpose of renting out. What is a better loan to consider a Conventional Loan or a FHA Loan..., also from a term perspective 15YR or 30YR? I am new to investing and would like your opinonons.

I can narrow it by one. FHA is only for owner occupants so if you are going to rent it out it is not an option
