Same Rehabbers getting REO from Same banks before listed
So ive noticed doing some research in the county records, several of the rehabbers in my area who are also licensed brokers keep getting GOOD deals from banks like Nationstar Mortgage, and Bank of America, and they are NEVER listed on the MLS. Its almost as if they are certified REO brokers who tell the banks "yeah ill go ahead and give you that much If I can have it right now!" Anyone else seeing this??
