Drove for Dollars

I have been doing a lot of research on wholesaling and I decided to drive for dollars to see whats out there and I actually found a boarded up house that looked like it could be a good first start. After research I found out the home was foreclosed and the bank has it. Is it still possible to make a deal with the bank? Can I make a deal on it at all? Is it possible for someone with experience to come on this deal with me? Thanks in advance.
