Hi there....I am an agent in Northern CA and currently working with buyers who have a very strong interest in a home that is for sale, but a short sale.

what is the timeline from the start of the short sale process to the issuance of a NOD to seller?? (they stopped making payments in NOV 07)

Then....once a NOD is issued, what kinda timeline are we looking at until it becomes REO.

Thanks any insight will be great!!!
