purchasing a forclosure with an eviction in process
Has anyone out there tried to obtain traditional financing on a foreclosure that is right in the middle of an eviction process. The trouble I am running in to is that a bank wants an appraisal (as they should) but the property isn't allowing it because of the eviction going on right now.
Any workarounds?
