back on market
I've been watching a property in my town since last summer. It was listed super low at 70k and went pending lender approval super fast. Today it is back on and says it's lender approved at 130k. It needs lots of repairs and willow values it 145k.
I've only bought one short sale so my question is can I expect a rejection if I offer $100k?
