Hello fellow RE Investors,

I am looking for a step by step guide on how to buy Foreclosures and I have been unsuccessful in my search on the Internet.

There are many explanations of the Foreclosure process (including a GREAT one on this site) from the bank/Homeowner's perspective. But a tutorial from an Investor's point of view on the actual steps to take and pitfalls to avoid when purchasing a Foreclosed property is lacking.

Does anyone know of an online Foreclosure Tutorial to "Learn How To Buy Foreclosures" ?

Any tidbits, lessons, courses or Foreclosure Listing Sources would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sure that posting this info would be beneficial to many new Real Estate Investors as we continue to educate ourselves before we take the leap.

Thanks and Happy (and smart) Investing!!!
