Pre-Foreclosures
Where or How is the best way to acquire a list of pre-foreclosure homes for little or no money?

There are companies that sell lists of pre foreclosure properties. you can also check public records or court records t see foreclosure filings. In my state we use a "deed of Trust" not a mortgage. The first procedural thing that happens is a "Substitute Trustee" is appointed which shows up in the land records.
