Negotiating HOA Fees
I am bidding on an auction and I know there are 15000 dollars unpaid HOA fees.
How likely it is that I am able to negotiate lower fees? I am thinking to bid on it and hire a lawyer to get the fees lower. Monthly HOA payment is 299 dollars in that apartment complex.
