Homesearch High Bid Confirmation question
I was the high bidder on a homesearch.com property last week, but the reserve was not met. I assumed that meant no deal, or that they'd call and perhaps negotiate. Strangely today, I just got an email saying the following.
The Auction Results have been finalized for PROPERTY ADDRESS. The next step involves collecting information necessary to finalize the purchase of your new property.
Please go to your High Bid Confirmation Dashboard to start the High Bid Confirmation Process.
So I went ahead and confirmed my bid and entered in my info, etc. Hopefully that means I got the property and they accepted my offer below the reserve......anyone have any experience here?
