Sheriff's sale. What does this judgement mean?
I just went to the courthouse to check on this property, and it had already went to sale late last year. They gave me the what I assume is the outcome of that sale.
I have a few questions before I go any further, and if I should pursue this property.
Judgment: $115,836.09
Property Insp. 285.00
Property Preservation 1952.00
Appraisal/BPO 400.00
Sus/Unapplied funds (50.00)
Interest 29883.77
Atty Fees 1250.00
Subtotal $149556.86
Costs $338.00
Publication Notice 150.00
Subtotal $488.50
Total $150045.36
Bid 25515.00
Deficiency $124530.36
What does the Judgment represent?
What does this Deficiency represent?
How can I buy this property?
Can I buy it for an amount higher than the above Bid?
If so, would I be on the hook for $124500.00
Thanks in advance.
