Timeline for HomePath bids?

What has been your experience when submitting bids through fannie mae's homepath.com? Are they required to respond to all offers? I submitted it on 12/22 and have yet to hear anything.

It is still listed as Active. The holidays certainly could be a factor.

This will be my first foreclosure purchase and second property so I'm stoked to begin realizing my 2015 goals.

Cheers!

I bought a HP and what happened was crazy! From what I was told only certain folks over at HP can respond to offers, whoever is assigned that house. I put my offer in and the lady went on a 2 week vaction. So there it sat. No one else would look at it as she was the 'only one' who could.  Can't tell you if this is the golden truth, but mine took like 3 weeks.
