Im looking for the best properties to wholesale, houses thaT USUALLY go for pennies on the dollar, that leave alot of potential equity in the purchase! Please Help

whether i should focus on REOS, SHORT SALE , TAX SALE AND MOTIVATED SELLERS!

@Anthony Kondor  it is not that simple. If there was one clear way that was best everyone would do it. You would then have lots of competition and it would no longer be the best way.

You are looking for the easy answer. This is not easy, and takes time to figure out what works for you.
