REO's and Easter Eggs

We have seen REO's on the market drop 70% since late 2012. But, there are plenty of deals still out there, and some of the best eggs are still hidden! We recently closed a 500ac REO for 10c/dollar (based off of inflated purchase price) and the buyer was able to get triple the acreage under budget. $1577/AC.
