Real Estate License and REI services

Hello,

In reading the forum regarding reall estate licenses and services a licensee can obtain, I wonder what if anything my real lestate brokers license will get me. I am a broker, but not affiliated with any traditional real estate company. I am a property manager, so it is on the wall and another person in our office is the Designated Broker. We are not realors, so do not prescribe to the MLS in our city. Does anyone know if I can access any of the info regarding pre-forclosures, without askibng some poor realtor to do it for free? If I paid a realtor to look things up or provide lists, how much would I expect to pay for that? I would think that eventually the realor might do it for free if I also listed properties with him or her or otherwise brought them into a deal. Any ideas?
Thanks, Mike Sedwick
