Pennsylvania Foreclosure Law and Timeline Questions.

There is a local house to me going up for sheriffs sale in Pennsylvania and I'd like some more information. The current owner is incarcerated, the house is unsecured (front door has been kicked in), and formally considered abandoned (abandoned/vacant notice on the door), and full of the previous owner's possessions.

  1. If I win the auction what is the timeline for receiving the confirmation of sale?
  2. Is it legal to inspect or "trespass" the inside of a house that is unsecured and abandonded?
  3. Once Confirmation of Sale is granted what are the laws pertaining to storage of the owners posessions? If formally abandoned it is sold as is with all contents As-Is?
