Hi I am new to tax lien and tax deed investing and want to invest in deeds and liens. It looks like a great safe way to invest, can't wait to see what great information everyone has and I'd like to hear what systems you are using. It looks like lots of "guru's" are doing this business and have systems which ones do you like?
