Paying more than 70% , if you
plan to do most of the upgrades and repairs yourself
If you plan on doing the work yourself, can you then " safely " pay more than the 70% rule states ? So can you now pay 73 - 75% vs 70% , if you're going to do all the labor/work yourself?
And also, what is the percent average, that you can expect to pay in both the buying and selling costs, if you use a Real estate agent in both the buying and selling of a property
