oregon - what happens after sheriff sale in judicial foreclosure
my goodness. There are so many different explanations. I have been told 10 days after auction you must be moved out entirely. Some say you will be able to stay during the right of redemption. Some say 30-45 days after sale or until eviction notice. Then some say its 30 days until you get eviction notice. Even my attorney seems wishy washy on this. She says some trustees arent really sure of the law and wait till the right of redemption expires.
Help please! And if you can point to a link on oregon gov website that clearly states the rules/law.
