Property with a tenant
Hello everyone,
I am looking at a property on auction for 25,000. Other similar properties in the area value at over 100,000. The one catch is the bank says that buyer has to deal with the current tenant.
If I bought the place and the current tenant is not paying the rent. How hard is it to move the tenant out and replace with your own?
