Co-Wholesaling a Short Sale

I am new to RE investing and I ran across a fellow wholesaler who has a house under contract that the bank has approved for a short sale. She is a licensed realtor but is not listing the home. The transactional lender is in place and the requirement to wait 90 days have been waived.

She needs a buyer ASAP and I would like to help her find one. How would we structure the deal so that I could help her find a buyer. Would a JV Agreement work or do I need to be on the title? Your help is greatly appreciated.
