HUD 1?

Do you do your own preliminary HUD1 to send out to the lenders or do you have your title company do it? Some software or something?

If you are negotiating several short sales and they all don't go thru, then your title company will probably want to charge a fee for this, right?

They just need an estimated/preliminary HUD1, not the actual HUD1 used for closing. If your doing short sales it helps to know how to fill out a HUD1. If you know how, then get it done :)

P.S. I would not recommend buying your own listings!
