Lands from Repository List

Arif Gungorur
Posted

Hi
I have found lien-free, profitable, and buildable parcels of land from OTC (Over-the-Counter) lists in Pennsylvania after two months of thorough research. I conducted title searches to confirm there are no liens and double-checked with the county to ensure there are no outstanding debts. Additionally, I verified that the parcels are buildable and analyzed competitive market prices, which suggest high profit margins.

However, as this is my first time pursuing such an investment, I am uncertain about how quickly these properties can be sold after purchase. To avoid any missteps, I am seeking an experienced partner to help double-check my findings and potentially invest together. Thank you!

Hi Arif, I can't help you, because Alabama law very different from Pennsylvania. But, nice to hear from you. I went to Owen J. Roberts High School. Allentown was one of our football rivals. We lived in the country, across the street from Welkinweir.

@Arif Gungorur

Make sure you check any HOA or development restrictions. Had a client who thought he had a deal of a lifetime. He checked everything but the HOA/development restrictions. Long story short, he ended up buying a worthless piece of land.

Not saying this is always the case. But properties typically end up in the repository list for a reason. Finding a deal on that list is challenging.

 Thank you Denise. Surely you had nice time in PA.
