Foreclosures In Fulton County

Does anyone know how exactly foreclosures work in Fulton County?

I am unable to find out the exact details on if the all the funds are required to be sent at the courthouse steps when the property is bought?


Also do you have to register as a bidder or submit an upfront deposit?


If anyone has any information regarding this, help would be appreciated.
