HUD HOME EARNEST MONEY DEPOIST?
I was curious when bidding on a hud home is it required that you need to put down an earnest money deposit?

Be aware that if you're buying as an investor and you do give HUD the earnest money you will NEVER get it back. If you don't close they will keep your EM. Do inspections before bidding.
