23 year old investor with 1 year experience in Pre Foreclosures. Moving towards NOD stage working in Snohomish and king County in Washington state with NOTS.

Experienced in Short Sales, Lease options, assignments, Door Knocking, private money, also Active Agent.

CAN ANYONE RECOMMEND A DATA SOURCE THAT WILL HAVE FRESH NOTICE OF DEFAULT LEADS?
