With whom do I speak at the bank to discuss bulk REO purchases? How can I reach them by phone?

The asset manager is not the easiest person to track down.

Are you in a position to buy several million dollars in houses? I do know of a group here in Denver that's doing this. They talk to the smaller banks. They have a pool of funds and purchase a few million in a bunch.
