online home auction in Broward County Florida

Has anyone completed a purchase here in Broward county, FL on the online auction website? https://www.broward.realforeclose.com/

I would like to pursue some of these homes but am clueless as to how to go about them. We can't see inside, I can't run title on them all, HOA back due? Basically you go in blind plus it seems the plaintiff always wins and pays what the judgement amount was which is more than the home is even worth.

Any info would be great, is this a dieing out strategy? I need to increase my number of flips per month and I see this as one strategy that could pay off.
