freddie mac all cash or not
Does freddie mac or fannie mae or anyother similar properties have to be bought in cash in full, or is there other ways to close a deal? I have seen some properties that sound great and seem like a great deal. but i dont have the cash to buy them in full, and it seems like that's is the only option. Please clarify.
