Auction.com (Strategy & Pitfalls)

Hello BP Community,
I’m looking to be mentored into becoming more knowledgeable about bank owned / foreclosed properties listed on Auction.com. There have been several properties that have come up that would fit my buy box that I have been hesitant on taking more action. Anyone with experience here with this and can jump on a call and talk about pitfalls and best approaches that work at securing a deal?  Steps to take, length of the process, and how to manage the risk is what I am looking to learn. Cheers and thanks in advance!

Regards, Jacob Carroll
