Foreclosure in Wake County
Hello.
When purchasing a foreclosed property in NC (wake or Durham county), do any liens stay on the property after the sale? What is the best way to find out? I am told to run the title by the lawyer to check for leans but it seems counterintuitive. Can there be left-over liens on the property after the foreclosure?
Thanks!
