HUD Homes / Foreclosure List

I am an investor in Upstate, NY looking to find deals in the foreclosure space. All of the HUD sites i see charge money, which im no opposed to paying, but i wanted to check with the BP audience to see the best way to find these homes! Are there agents that specialize in HUD Homes? If so, where can i find them? Are there any free sites where these are listed?
