Building your REI Team - by the numbers
I have read extensively here about building out your real estate team in terms of who and why. However, I would like to ask the BP members what concessions or professional agreements you ask for with your team. For example,
- Agreed upon commission caps from realtors,
- Set title and doc fees from lawyers,
- Locked-in CPA fees, etc.
- Contractors?
- Property Management rates,
- Other?
If you are going to do a certain amount of business then that professional is going to do also profit. I agree some of this is regional, one pro's hourly fee is not the same.
So what types of concessions do you ask for?
