Building your REI Team - by the numbers

I have read extensively here about building out your real estate team in terms of who and why. However, I would like to ask the BP members what concessions or professional agreements you ask for with your team. For example,

  1. Agreed upon commission caps from realtors,
  2. Set title and doc fees from lawyers,
  3. Locked-in CPA fees, etc.
  4. Contractors?
  5. Property Management rates,
  6. Other?

If you are going to do a certain amount of business then that professional is going to do also profit. I agree some of this is regional, one pro's hourly fee is not the same.

So what types of concessions do you ask for?
