Hi Jon, Perhaps we should schedule a chat. I was moved to the Tampa area in 1996 by a national mortgage company and we started this company prior to the last crash to primarily buy and work through non-performing loans. I handled special assets (foreclosures and real estate collections) for banks prior to this company...so it's not my first rodeo.
