Florida Foreclosure Law

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a foreclosure attorney in Florida, more specifically, the Tampa Bay area to discuss some aspects of foreclosure law from an investors standpoint.

Feel free to reply to this thread with your info, or message me directly to set up a time to either meet or have a phone meeting. I'm willing to pay a reasonable price for a consultation!

Hi Jon, Perhaps we should schedule a chat. I was moved to the Tampa area in 1996 by a national mortgage company and we started this company prior to the last crash to primarily buy and work through non-performing loans. I handled special assets (foreclosures and real estate collections) for banks prior to this company...so it's not my first rodeo. I can refer you to good foreclosure attorneys, but it might make sense to chat a bit. I'm curious as to what your battle plan and goals are. I'll PM you. Thanks, Doug
