title companies / searchers in Bucks county to run basic title for sherriff sales

Hello,

I am running into costly title search fees for the purpose of buying at a sherriff sale. I want to protect myself but I am trying to keep the searches reasonable .. say 50 dollars a search.  I am not familiar with searching myself. Should I learn and do it myself or hire a searcher to help me out.Who would be able to teach me also..Does anyone know of  someone that would do this in Doylestown Pa , since property is in Bucks county.. Thanks in advance.
