HOA Liens in GA and tax sales
I purchased a few tax deeds at a tax sale and having some HOA lien issues.
Is an HOA lien older than 4 years still enforceable? If not, What is the process to remove such a lien?
Can an HOA just file a new lien after 4 years to make it enforceable ?
In case of a recent lien (less than 4 years) Is there a way to remove the lien somehow?
In case a lien was not recorded by HOA prior to the tax sale is it still vailed? Can they just record a lien at any time after the sale?
Any other thoughts?
Thanks
