Mortgage Missed By Title Search
I have a mortgage on a property that was missed by the title search purchased by a law firm on behalf of their client. The client subsequently bought the properties then sold them to another buyer. My mortgage was properly filed with the county recorder a few days after the foreclosure complaint was filed so not captured on preliminary judicial report. The final judiciary report did not capture my mortgage as well. This report only captured the taxes due on the property at the time. Any recommendations on how I should move forward? Note: The mortgage amount is small < $30k and unattractive to the law firms I have spoken to thus far. The interest continues to build.
