How do I know which liens stay with the property from Cuyahoga County Sheriff Sale?

Hello everyone,

I am considering bidding on a property on the Cuyahoga County sherif sale website. While looking up the county records on the recorder website I saw that the property has a lien from the condo Association for the property. It is labeled under mortgage on the recorder website however, not sure why the condo organization is the grantor in the case to be honest?

Regardless, I was wondering if liens placed by the condo organization are covered by proceeds of the sale or if I will be on the hook for them? If i get a title search done, will they be able to tell me if the lien stays with the property? Or is this a question for an attorney? Or is this common knowledge that I do not know?

I figured the property should come free and clear but I hear horror stories of unknown second position lines making it through? Wouldn't they be on the county recorder website? What additional methods of verification do title companies do to make sure a property is free and clear?

Al help and information is appreciated!
