First Potential REI Deal - Homepath Renovation Loan
Hello all,
I understand that LLCs can't purchase homes use Homepath Renovation loans. Does anyone have experience with purchasing an REO using a Homepath Renovation loan as an individual and transferring ownership after the LLC is created? I would only do this once. Is this legal for a buy-and-hold strategy or would it be better to sell as an individual?
Thank you in advance for your honest feedback.
